I install Trust Engines into businesses.

So attention turns into trust and trust turns into conversions without hiring a giant marketing team or spending hours in front of the camera.

I'm Gabe Salcedo. I used to build everyone else's presence and stay invisible myself. Now I install Trust Engines — the Show plus the Venue — so founders turn attention into trust and trust into conversions without a giant marketing team.

The short version

I could build anyone's presence but my own.

I used to build everyone else's presence and stay invisible myself. Agency stretch: clients got the growth and the credit. My name was on nothing. I already knew the way out — put out volume, stop staring at the numbers, get on camera — but self-doubt and worrying how I looked kept me off camera. Off camera meant my name stayed off everything. I could build anyone's presence but my own.

Then I stopped waiting to feel ready. The discomfort became the job: show up on camera before it looked perfect, pour into something with my name on it, go narrow on what I'm actually great at, and say no to work and people that drain me. For the first time, the thing I was pouring into had my name on it.

I'm not behind the curtain anymore. I did the thing I tell founders to do — got on camera through the doubt, put out volume, built my own name — so this isn't theory. What I install now is a Trust Engine: the Show (you, on camera, earning attention as yourself) and the Venue (the system that turns that attention into trust and trust into booked conversations). Not random hits you can't repeat. A repeatable engine you own. One founder can beat a giant marketing team when trust is built with intention and runs through a system. I only build it with people I actually like working with.

How it works

Show. Venue. Keep the Show on.

  1. 01 Earn attention (the Show)
  2. 02 Capture it in a channel that converts (The Venue)
  3. 03 Keep the Show on
